Founder & CEO
Rae Michelle Bullard has over 16 years of Human Resources (HR) experience, leading teams, managing processes, and enhancing the workplace culture. She started her career in Louisville, KY and quickly rose through the ranks in leading others. After relocating to South Florida, Rae held top executive HR positions, including Vice President of HR & Chief Human Resources Officer. Her career industry has mainly included healthcare and Fortune 50 & Fortune 100 companies.
When the pandemic began, she saw the need of small and medium-sized businesses desperately seeking HR services while pivoting through this unprecedented time. From there, Rae launched MyHRLane in 2020. She designed MyHRLane as an all-inclusive HR service provider for clients… minimizing delays in business outcomes.
Since then, MyHRLane’s team has supported non-profit organizations, healthcare providers, security service providers, and more. With her MBA in Management, she has positioned MyHRLane for the next level of growth to support more businesses.Read More
