Rae Michelle Bullard is a dynamic business leader with nearly 20 years of expertise in human capital management and organizational development. Holding a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University, she has dedicated her career to transforming workplace culture and strengthening leadership at every level. As the creator of The Daily Habits of Leaders, she has developed a framework that equips professionals with the foundational skills necessary to grow into effective and influential leaders. A native of Louisville, Kentucky, Rae Michelle has successfully driven workforce and culture transformation as the CEO/Founder of MyHRLane, a premier HR solutions firm based in Atlanta, GA, serving clients nationwide. Prior to launching MyHRLane in 2020, Rae Michelle held C-Suite and Executive HR positions, with a primary focus in healthcare. Her strategic guidance has empowered organizations to enhance leadership effectiveness, boost employee engagement, and create sustainable workplace cultures. Passionate about service, she has devoted extensive volunteer work to supporting foster children, demonstrating her commitment to uplifting communities beyond the corporate world. Rae Michelle’s leadership extends into civic and nonprofit spaces, having served on the boards of Habitat for Humanity, the Hortense B. Perry Foundation, and as a current Board Member of the Brookhaven Chamber of Commerce, where she serves as the Ambassador Chair. She is also a 2024 United Way VIP Cohort graduate and a 2025 Leadership Perimeter Cohort member, deepening her engagement with Atlanta’s civic and business ecosystems. Rae Michelle is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and the BOW Collective where she continues to foster leadership, mentorship, and advocacy.
